The Extra 10 GB bundle will be automatically reactivated after the inclusions have been used up or when the validity period has expired.The bundle will be automatically reactivated until you receive the next month's inclusions or exceed the credit limit. You will continue to use the balance of the activated bundle even if you have already received the next month's inclusions.
If you are not using the Extra 10 GB bundle yet, you will activate it by sending the word 'START' to 111 or by dialing *111*4#
To stop bundle reactivation, send the word 'STOP' to 111 or dial *111*0#
When subscribing to one of the uGo 4000, uGo Super 6500, uGo Super 7500 tariff plans for 18 months, a uFi LTE MW45V/uFi TP-Link M7000 modem can be purchased at 1 AMD. In case of early termination of the contract, the subscriber should pay the price of the device, which is 39 000 AMD.
If you are already using the “Extra Internet Volume” offer (12 months commitment) and want to purchase a Wi-Fi modem, you can sign an 18-month commitment and get it for just 1 AMD, without paying the cancellation fee for the "Additional Internet Volume" offer. As a result, as intended in device commitment you will continue to receive extra internet inclusions until the end of it.
The price of an SMS to all local networks is 15 AMD, while to the international directions it is 20 AMD.
You need to make payment every month till the 20th day of it inclusive. To check the amount due just send a blank SMS to 133 short number or dial *133*11# from any Ucom mobile voice number and enter the internet number.
*If the consumed internet volume exceeds 200 GB within a month, Ucom reserves the right to set the maximum Internet speed up to 1 Mbps in order to avoid network congestion.
By joining the “Extra Internet Volume” offer upon the expiry of the 18 months’ commitment you will be getting the same volume of internet for a period of 12 months. Moreover, you can also join the offer before the end term of the commitment. In this case the offer becomes effective after the expiry of the commitment, if you did not terminate it before the latter came into force. In case of early termination of the service, refusal from the service or switching to prepaid internet service, it is necessary to pay the waiver in the amount of 15,000 AMD. The offer agreement is renewed every 12 months until you deactivate it before the next effective date. In that case, you deactivate the option to extend the validity of the agreement without paying a waiver.
Upon expiration of the “Extra Internet Volume” Agreement, it is renewed for another 12 months, until you have terminated the automatic renewal of the Agreement. In case of early termination of the service, refusal from the service or switching to the prepaid internet service during the term of the agreement, it is necessary to pay the waiver in the amount of 15,000 AMD.
Within 30 days after auto-renewal, you can cancel the "Extra Internet Volume" offer without paying a cancellation penalty.
Negative Balance
You can activate paid services using your negative balance and send SMSs. The credit limit will be available for use 15 days after subscription.
If necessary, you can reduce your negative balance, set under your tariff plan to 500 AMD by calling 444 or visiting any sales and service center of Ucom.
The Subscription Agreement for uGo is concluded for an indefinite period, with 18 months’ commitment. This commitment is deemed fulfilled, if the subscriber has paid monthly fees for 18 months (including the fine for payment delay).
18 months’ commitment ends on the last day of month, when the payment of the 18th monthly fee is made. For example, if you’ve subscribed on October 5, 2020 and every month you have paid both your monthly fee and for the services used from your negative balance, then your commitment will end on April, 2022.
The Commitment Period consists of the first full month, in which the given commitment agreement was signed, and the following months during which more than half of the monthly fee for your current tariff plan was charged for all the services included in your tariff plan.
After expiry of 18 months’ commitment, the Subscription Agreement will continue remaining in force, unless terminated by subscriber by visiting a sales and service center of Ucom.
From March 11, the ability to send SMS abroad from the mobile Internet number will be suspended. Continue sending SMS to local networks.
Recharge in Armenia
Upon recharging your account the active period of your SIM card will be extended for the amount of days granted by the recharge amount. For example, if the active period of your card expires on May 15 and on May 1st you make a recharge of 1000 AMD, then the active period of your card will be prolonged till June 15 (May 15 plus 31 days).

Carefully scratch the protective layer on the reverse side of the card to see 14-digit secret code, then enter *144* secret code #, press the call button. If you have entered the secret code correctly, you will see the updated balance on your mobile phone screen.
To recharge other Ucom mobile subscriber’s account, please, dial *144* secret code*subscriber’s number#, press the call button. If you are unable to recharge your account this way, you can dial 111 , select option 1,then 2 and follow the voice menu instructions. You can also dial *111*5#, press the call button and see the instructions on your mobile phone display.
If after several attempts you don’t succeed in topping up your account, please call our Customer Care Service at 444.

Thanks to the Payment Acceptance Service (hereinafter “the Service”), the subscribers of Postpay and monthly subscriptions (voice and mobile internet services) may hereinafter pay for Ucom services in bank, without visiting it, based on the appropriate periodical payment orders.
To subscribe to the Service, please, visit any Ucom service center or any branch of the Bank* to present the following documents:
- The periodical payment order, duly filled and signed by you,
- your bank or card account number,
- an alternative telephone number,
- as well as other documents that may be required by the Bank.
The Service will be activated and provision will start from the 11th of the month following signature date of the periodical payment order, and in case it’s a non-working day - on the following working day.
Every month you will receive an email with the bill for the mobile services provided by Ucom for a given month. Based on this bill Bank will charge the mentioned debt on 11th of the current month. If you haven't got sufficient credit on your bank account, the bank once a day will try to make the charging till the last working day of the month. You’ll receive an SMS once the charging is made. You can appeal the bill presented by Ucom, according to the terms and conditions defined by Ucom. In case of disagreement with debited amount, you can call the Bank for inquiries.
Please, note that until full redemption of the debt, the Bank is entitled to withdraw the remaining debt amount, once there is sufficient credit on your account.
If you change your bank and/or bank account, you should terminate the service provided by that very Bank and sign a new periodical payment order with your new bank details. These actions can be performed at any Ucom service center or a branch of your bank.
You may unsubscribe from the Service any time, by visiting any Ucom service center or any branch of the Bank. The Bank will stop providing the Service from the month following the date your signature of the Application on Service termination. To terminate the Service, you’ll need to fill the respective application template of the bank and attach your passport copy.
The Service is also terminated, if your bank account is closed. However, regardless of the reason of termination of the Service by the Bank, you are obliged to personally check your debt towards Ucom and bear responsibility for timely payment thereof, in order to prevent the accumulation of the debt.
