“Hidden Number” service will hide your number at the time of calling but Ucom cannot guarantee that your number will not be disclosed to the person you are calling by his or her mobile operator.
Hidden Number service can be activated by dialing *126# and hitting the call button. Then you can hide your number at your disposal by every time dialing #31# before the number.

Missed CallYou can always be informed about received callsMissed Call
You can always be informed about received calls, that you missed when your number was busy, when you were out of coverage, or when you simply have not answered the call. You will receive an SMS about the calls you have missed.
Missed Call service is activated for you by default at the very beginning.
If you would like only to get an SMS about the calls that you have missed when being out of coverage, then you can cancel the service for the two other cases by dialing:
##61# to cancel the service for calls you have not answered.
##67# to cancel the service for calls you missed because your number was busy during the call.

Call Waiting
If you are having an active call and someone else is trying to call you, you will be notified that a new call is waiting. You are notified through a beep, and the following message will appear on your phone screen: “Call Waiting”. You have the option either to answer, reject or ignore the second call. There can only be simultaneously one call ongoing with one call waiting.
Call Hold
When you are in a call, you can temporarily hold it (without ending the call) in order to initiate a new call or accept a call waiting
Your correspondent will hear a greeting announcing he/she is on hold and recommending him/her not to end the call.You can only have one active call at a time and one on hold.
Plus, you have the choice to swap between the two calls (the active call and the one on hold) for as many times as you wish.
You can easily activate or deactivate these services from your mobile phone’s menu.
Once Call Waiting/ Call Hold are activated, you will stop receiving missed calls’ or voicemail messages if someone calls you while you are already busy talking on your phone.
Access and use of Call Wait / Call Hold are free of charge.

Conference callHold a conversation with up to 5 other people at the same timeConference call
This service allows a Ucom subscriber to hold a conversation with up to 5 other people at the same time. Calls can be made to local or international numbers.
How it works: Conference Call is activated by default.
To initiate a Conference Call, you need to repeatedly call participants and add them to the conference call.
Each call to a participant is billed as a separate call which means that if the initiator calls 3 people into a Conference Call, the initiator will be billed for 3 separate calls. Participants to a Conference Call do not incur any costs, only the initiator of the Conference Call is billed.

Voice MailCallers can leave messages in your voice mailboxVoice Mail
If you are unable to answer your phone, callers can leave messages in your voice mailbox. You can welcome them with your own personal greeting message. They will pay only for the recording time starting from the beep. We will inform you about the voice messages you received. You can check your voice messages free of charge by calling 404.
To activate this service, dial *424#, hit the call button, then follow the instructions on your screen.

With Check Balance, you will be able to check at any time your remaining credit, its validity, its equivalent in remaining minutes. You will also see how much credit you have consumed since your last action (for example: call, sent SMS or MMS, etc.) and how much you have consumed since the beginning of the month.
You can see your account details on your mobile phone’s display by dialing *133# and hitting the call button.
