* This service is provided by Ucom Customer Care department per customer's request in case they don’t have the corresponding specialist to manage vOffice settings via provided web interface.

CRM system support service is proposed to those Ucom business customers who use own CRM systems and need integration of vOffice with their system.

With this integration, all incoming/outgoing calls via vOffice shall be duly represented in existing CRM systems.

 * Customer Relationship Management

  • Robocall (Ավտոզանգ) service allows UCom vOffice business customers to call their clients/employees with pre-recorded audio message to inform about payments, new campaigns, alarms etc.
  • Customer can upload his recorded audio message in MP3 format, schedule the date/time of Robocall campaign, make all other settings in Web interface and see calls statistic.
  • Robocall service fee   - 10 AMD (with VAT) / for each answered Robocall (Ավտոզանգ)
  • In addition to Robocall fee, call minute fee to be also charged in accordance with applied vOffice telephony tariffs (depending on dialed mobile or fix numbers).
