Communication quality can be impacted by various factors, as detailed in point 5.13 of the 'Terms and Conditions' published on the Ucom website, such as thick walls, a high density of mobile network users, and more.
To enhance weak WCDMA and LTE signals, we offer an effective solution called 'Coverage as a Service' (utilizing PicoCell, repeaters, and other devices). This solution provides a strong signal with a radius of 40 meters and can handle up to 64 calls simultaneously. Small cellular radio stations enhance coverage by reducing the load on macro network hotspots.
Remote system management enables easy monitoring of your network performance.
In addition to this solution, we are also developing solutions for large enterprises.
To subscribe to the CoverageS service, simply submit an application to Ucom.
The monthly fee varies based on the complexity and scale of the project. The connection fee covers site inspection, project design, preliminary device setup, and testing.
All devices are provided for temporary use only. In the event of a temporary suspension of the service or termination of the subscription agreement, you are required to return the device(s) to Ucom (which will be dismantled by a Ucom employee upon your request). Failure to return the device(s) will result in the obligation to pay the full monthly fees for the CoverageS service.
