Ucom service 2 months free
Join any of the Ucom Universal/Universal Plus 2900, 5500, 8000, 12 500 tariff plans or uMix XS, S, M, L fixed services and benefit from the service for free for 2 months.
This opportunity will be given to all subscribers who received the UcomPremier status in 2021. In order to make use of the offer, you will receive a special coupon, which can also be transferred to one of your close ones, who will also benefit from the special offer on the same terms.
To take advantage of the offer, you need to provide the coupon and your passport to the Ucom flagship store in Yerevan, North Avenue 1/2, or any Ucom service center in the regions.
The offer is valid until December 31, 2021. If the coupon is lost, it is not subject for recovery.
Ucom service 2 months free- If you choose any of the Ucom Mobile Universal/Universal Plus 2900, 5500, 8000, 12 500 services, you will need to get a new phone number to take advantage of this offer. It is not possible to connect to the offer with your current phone number, as well as by migrating to any of the mentioned tariff plans.
- If you prefer one of the Ucom fixed uMix XS, S, M, L services, you can activate it at a new address or as a new service at an existing address. It is not possible to join the offer if the current service is deactivated/activated or upon change of the tariff plan or type of the service.
- You will pay for the first month of joining any of the Universal/Universal Plus 2900, 5500, 8000, 12 500 or uMix XS, S, M, L fixed services according to your tariff plan, and for the next second and third calendar months the charge will not be calculated. It is not possible to change the subscriber contract name, the subscription agreement number (Customer ID), service address and/or freeze the service within the 2 months free of charge, otherwise the service will become paid.

- a dedicated service corner at Ucom service center on Northern Avenue (working hours: 11:00 - 20:00);
- a dedicated section on Ucom app, where You may always see the benefits and privileges available to You;
- an extra SIM card to swap the existing card in case of its damage, without visiting a service center; simply call 777, and we will activate the SIM card by attributing it to Your active number;
- a maximum credit limit increase while using voice services;
- a post-warranty free-of-charge after-sales service for 12 months;
- 5% discount for all devices and accessories purchased from Ucom.
UcomPremier subscribers can use the following services without any extra payments:
- unlimited access to Ucom TV VoD movies;
- activation of Premium WiFi service at only 1 address of the subscriber, which also includes the monthly fee of the service;

- troubleshooting issues relating to mobile and fixed services;
- connection of fixed services;

Necessary terms and rates
UcomPremier benefits are available free of charge to:
Mobile subscribers, whose use of mobile services has reached and exceeded 12 500 AMD monthly for the past 12 months. Monthly usage is exclusive of monthly payments for a handset or tablet.
Fixed service subscribers, whose use of fixed services has reached and exceeded 28 000 AMD monthly for the past 12 months, and the sum of service suspension days does not exceed 30 days.
Necessary terms and ratesUcomPremier subscribers are selected once a quarter, based on the usage of the past 12 months. The status is given for a period of one year. The programme is open to physical person subscribers only.
You may also enjoy all the benefits of UcomPremier service by paying only 50 000 AMD annually.
