Mobile IDYou can go through identification and sign papers in a fast and secure wayMobile ID
Thanks to the Mobile ID service, you can quickly and securely identify yourself and sign documents electronically. The service can be used by individuals with a valid ID card.
First, you need to visit Ucom service center, present your ID card, and replace your current SIM card with mID SIM. The replacement cost is 500 AMD (including VAT). If you are not a Ucom subscriber, you need to get a new mID SIM card by paying only the corresponding tariff plan amount. The mID SIM cannot be a digital card (eSIM).
After completing the authentication process and signing all the necessary documents, you will receive mID SIM card. After receiving the card, you need to install it in your phone and follow the instructions to set your personal PIN code.
After completing all the steps, your Mobile ID service will be activated.
You can use the Electronic Digital Signature Service by paying the annual amount of 3000 AMD for the Electronic Digital Signature Service. You can pay it online at www.ekeng.am, through payment terminals, or by bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: During the signing process, the phone must be unlocked to receive the required SMS for entering the PIN code.
To obtain/replace a mID card, activate or cancel the mID service, you must personally visit the customer service center of “Ucom” CJSC Company. These steps cannot be carried out on the basis of a power of attorney, including notarized ones.

Call Waiting
If you are having an active call and someone else is trying to call you, you will be notified that a new call is waiting. You are notified through a beep, and the following message will appear on your phone screen: “Call Waiting”. You have the option either to answer, reject or ignore the second call. There can only be simultaneously one call ongoing with one call waiting.
Call Hold
When you are in a call, you can temporarily hold it (without ending the call) in order to initiate a new call or accept a call waiting
Your correspondent will hear a greeting announcing he/she is on hold and recommending him/her not to end the call.You can only have one active call at a time and one on hold.
Plus, you have the choice to swap between the two calls (the active call and the one on hold) for as many times as you wish.
You can easily activate or deactivate these services from your mobile phone’s menu.
Once Call Waiting/ Call Hold are activated, you will stop receiving missed calls’ or voicemail messages if someone calls you while you are already busy talking on your phone.

Each call to a participant is billed as a separate call which means that if the initiator calls 3 people into a Conference Call, the initiator will be billed for 3 separate calls. Participants to a Conference Call do not incur any costs, only the initiator of the Conference Call is billed.

What is Money Transfer?
With Money Transfer service you have the opportunity to transfer money from your mobile account to another Ucom subscriber’s number.
How to Make Money Transfer?
- Send an SMS to 122 short number in the following format: the Ucom number you want to transfer money to (eg. 055 XXXXXX), [space] the amount you want to transfer.
- Dial *122#, hit the call button and follow the instructions.
- Go to Ucom Mobile app in your smartphone and enter the Ucom number you want to transfer money to and the amount you want to transfer.
Who Can Transfer Money?All customers of Prepay tariff plans (except One tariff plan subscribers), Monthly and Postpay, as well as Ucom Business subscribers can transfer and receive money.
One tariff plan subscribers can only receive money transfers.
Prepay SubscriptionUcom Prepay subscribers (except One tariff plan subscribers), with positive balance on their accounts can transfer a one-shot minimum amount of 1 AMD and a maximum amount of 5,000 AMD. The cumulative amount transferred during one calendar month should not exceed 20,000 AMD. If you are a Ucom Prepay subscriber, you can transfer money to all Ucom Prepay, Monthly and Postpay, as well as Ucom Business subscribers’ personal sub-accounts.
After the transfer at least 100 AMD should remain on your account.
For Ucom Prepay subscribers (except One tariff plan subscribers), with Bronze or Silver telephone numbers, Money Transfer service will be available if you use the 5000 or 10,000 AMD cost services, if u are uSimple tariff plans subscriber you can use the Money Transfer Service after consuming the first minimum prepaid charge for the Service.
Monthly Subscriptions and PostpayAll monthly subscription customers with positive balance on their accounts (this is not the monthly amount included in the tariff plan, but the positive balance on top of the monthly fee) can transfer a one-shot minimum amount of 1 AMD and a maximum amount of 5,000 AMD. The cumulative amount transferred during one calendar month should not exceed 20,000 AMD.
If you are a monthly subscription customer, you can transfer money from your positive balance to all Ucom Prepay subscribers, to Dolphin, Panther, Butterfly, Lion and Postpay subscribers who are not under the common account with your phone number, as well as to all Ucom Business subscribers’ personal sub-accounts.
If you have acquired a Gold or Platinum number with 1 or 2 years commitment, you can use Money Transfer service after having consumed 50 000 and 100 000 AMD accordingly.
Ucom Business
All Ucom Business subscribers with positive balance on their personal sub-accounts can transfer a one-shot minimum amount of 1 AMD and a maximum amount of 5,000 AMD. The cumulative amount transferred during one calendar month should not exceed 20,000 AMD.
If you are a subscriber of Ucom Business, you can transfer money from your personal sub-account to those of Ucom Prepay, Monthly and Postpay subscribers.
Service Fee
Money Transfer is a chargeable service with a fee of 20 AMD per transfer, irrespective of whether the transfers from your Ucom number are carried out in Armenia or from abroad. It is accessible from your mobile phone without any additional activation needed.
If you are a Butterfly subscriber, then 20 AMD will be charged from your monthly fee or, in case it’s consumed, frօm additional recharge. If you are a Dolphin, Panther , Lion or Postpay subscriber, then 20 AMD will be charged from additional recharge only.
If you are a Ucom Business subscriber, then the service fee will be charged form your personal sub-account.
Other Conditions
- You can perform up to 5 Money Transfer operations within a day and receive up to 5 Money Transfers.
- If roaming service is activated for your number, you can receive Money Transfer, but in order to send money you will have to dial *122#, hit the call button or *122*recipient’s phone number*credit amount#, hit the call button.
- The SMS service of money transfer will not be available when the roaming service is activated.
- Please, double check the recipient’s phone number before proceeding with the Money Transfer, because in case you have transferred the amount to a wrong number, there will be no possibility to get it back.
- Ucom bears no responsibility for the transfers made to a wrong number because of the subscriber’s mistake.
- The validity of your Ucom Prepay card will not be prolonged after you received money through Money Transfer.

At Ucom, we want to be sure that you can keep using your Ucom services even if you’re accidentally run out of credit.
When you have reached 0 on your account you can use Call Me back and Top Me Up services.
If you are out of credit and don’t have any bonus and you urgently need to call or to send an SMS, you can use the Emergency Credit service. We will transfer 100 AMD to your account. When you recharge your account, the amount we sent you as Emergency Credit will be deducted from your balance. For the first time you can use this service only in case you have recharged your account with a minimum amount of one-shot 500 AMD during the previous 6 months. Further you can still use the service after recharging your account with 500 AMD.You can use this service anytime, except when you are in roaming.
Dial *133#, hit the call button, select the service you need, enter in international format (for example: +37495XXXXXX) the number to which you want to send the request and confirm.
The Call Me Back request can be sent to any mobile number in Armenia, while the Top me up request can be sent only to Ucom numbers.
When your credit is exhausted but you need to send an urgent SMS or make an urgent call, just dial *133#, hit the call button and choose Emergency Service.
