No need to make any additional payment for uHome device. You will get it within the frames of uHome service. So you can use the device as long as you are a uHome subscriber.
You can connect up to 32 devices to Wi-Fi. Moreover, 4 LANs will allow you to connect your computer, TV or other device.
You need to make monthly payment till the 20th day of each month, inclusive. To check the amount due just send a blank SMS to 133 short number or dial *133*11# and insert the internet number from any Ucom mobile voice number.
The price of an SMS to international networks and to all local ones upon consumption of SMS inclusions is 15 AMD.
From March 11, the ability to send SMS abroad from the mobile Internet number will be suspended. Continue sending SMS to local networks.
*If the consumed internet volume exceeds 400 GB within a month, Ucom holds the right to set the maximum internet speed at up to 1 Mbps in order to avoid the network overload.

Super SIM provision terms and conditions:
You can get up to 3 Super SIM cards when you subscribe to either the uHome 8000 or uHome 10 000 price plans. Super SIM cards can be purchased either during the initial Main bundle subscription or at any time thereafter, either in your name or on behalf of a third party. The subscriber of the Main bundle has the right to remove the Super SIM from the group without the consent.
The user of the Super SIM card can change his tariff plan, leave the group or terminate the existing subscription contract between him and Ucom without the consent of the subscriber of the main number.
The user of the Super SIM card cannot benefit from special conditions. The monthly fee will change according to the tariff plan chosen by the user when
- The services provided by the uHome tariff plan are suspended or terminated
- The Super SIM card is removed from the uHome group
- The subscriber of the uHome 8000 or uHome 10 000 tariff plan changes to another tariff plan
The Main bundle inclusions are valid for 30 days.
After 30 days they will be automatically activated and your account will be charged accordingly. If you do not have sufficient balance on your account, the inclusions will not be activated and you will continue to use Ucom services according to the basic tariffs of your Super Sim bundle. In order to activate the inclusions, it is necessary to top up the account with the amount of the inclusions fee. You can check the inclusions of your calling plan by dialing *133# and selecting "Inclusions".
Outside the uHome tariff plans, the monthly fee for Super Sim 1500 is 3000 AMD and Super Sim 3500 is 5000 AMD.

How to Join the uHome group?
Step 1: Dial *460# with the uHome Super SIM card to request connection to the uHome group.
Step 2: Dial *460# with the uHome Super SIM card to confirm the connection to the uHome group using the main number.
Step 3: Dial *457# with the uHome Super SIM card to activate the included Super SIM 3500 bundle.
Or
Dial *456# to activate the Super SIM 1500 bundle.
To activate the bundle you need to top up your account with the bundle fee. You can check what is included in your bundle by dialing *133# and selecting "Inclusions".
Additional codes:
Dial *460# with a uHome Super SIM card to check and remove existing numbers in the group by the main number.
Dial *111# with a uHome Super SIM card to check the balance.
Call 111 with the uHome Super SIM card to activate the card.
You can join uHome service for 12 months at minimum. In case of early termination of the service, refusal from the service or switching to prepaid internet service, the waiver in the amount of 15 000 AMD must be paid.
In case of suspension of uHome service, the device must be returned to the Ucom service center from which it has been taken. In case of losing or damaging the device a penalty in the amount of 39 000 AMD must be paid.
The Subscription Agreement is signed for an indefinite period. It is valid unless Ucom or the subscriber terminates it. Subscriber can terminate the Agreement by visiting the Ucom service center where it has been signed.
- You will be invoiced each month for the previous month's negative balance (if any) and the monthly charge, whether or not you have used the Service.
If payment is not made by the due date, the Service will be restricted (outgoing services will be suspended) until the end of the following month. A monthly fee and/or penalty and/or fine (not to exceed one month's monthly fee) will be payable for the period of restriction.

- If the debt is not paid within the limitation period, the service will be fully suspended. No monthly fees will be charged during the suspension period. The service will be reactivated during the suspension period upon payment of the debt from previous months (including unpaid monthly payments, existing negative balances, as well as late fines and penalties). The monthly fee for the reactivated month will be charged according to the formula below, regardless of whether the service is canceled or not.

When the service is reactivated on the same day, no subscription fee for the current month is charged.

- 2 numbers in one SIM card: Armenian number for use in Armenia, and Russian number for use in Russia, without roaming service.
- сalls from Armenia to all networks in Russia at the expense of minutes included in the tariff plan, cheap calls from Russia to all networks in Armenia from a Russian number.
- free incoming calls to Armenian and Russian numbers while being both in Armenia and Russia.
- roaming with an Armenian number outside Armenia and Russia, under Ucom roaming tariffs, as well as incoming calls when in roaming, both to Armenian and Russian numbers
- provisional sum in the amount of 30 rubles to the Russian number to make calls before recharging the balance when entering Russia.
While in Armenia, you will use your Armenian number with one of the Unity tariffs, and in Russia you will use your Russian number under “My Armenia” prepaid tariff plan, without roaming service.
While in Russia, you will receive free incoming calls to your Armenian number if it is active and if the Russian number is not restricted at your request.
In Armenia, you can recharge a Russian number through the QiWi electronic wallet, as well as online, and you can recharge an Armenian number through available payment methods. When you take advantage of this offer, your mobile Internet and mobile telephony bundle will have a single negative balance, allowing you to use a single limit as needed. In addition, the single negative balance limit can be used in full for any of the services.
The amount of negative balance is determined by the price plan you have chosen. The higher the monthly payment of the price plan, the higher the amount of the negative balance. If you are not satisfied with the negative balance provided by the tariff plan, after 3 months of being a Ucom subscriber, you can request a review by filling in a request form at any Ucom sales and service centers. Ucom reserves the right to refuse your request for a negative balance review at its reasonable discretion if you do not meet the solvency requirements set by Ucom.
The default negative balance for uHome 8000 is 3000 AMD and for uHome 10,000 is 5000 AMD. If necessary, you can also reduce the negative balance defined by your tariff plan to 500 AMD by calling 444 or visiting any Ucom sales and service centers.
