While being abroad you can enjoy all your Ucom services: make and receive calls, send and receive SMSes and use mobile internet. Right upon arrival to the country you will be notified with an SMS about the tariffs of a given operator in a given country.
Incoming and outgoing calls are charged per minute.
Mobile internet charging in roaming is calculated per 10 kilobytes. For example, if you used mobile internet service in roaming, during which you consumed 22 kilobytes, you will be charged for 30 kilobytes.

You can activate the Chat in Roaming option by paying both from your positive or negative balance. If you already benefit from Butterfly subscription, you can activate the Chat in Roaming option using the included monthly fee. You can activate just one option at a time and use it as long as your phone number is active.
To check the validity period of the Chat in Roaming option dial *133#. If the validity period of the option ends while using the internet, the connection won’t be interrupted and you’ll keep on benefiting from the internet services in accordance with roaming tariffs of the country.
By activating the Chat in Roaming option you will also get an opportunity of activating the Internet in Roaming 100 MB bundle once, a the special rate of 350 AMD, and test the high-speed internet.
The validity period of the bundle is 1 day. To activate dial *121*10#.
Internet in roaming 100 MB bundle can be used in the following countries upon connection to the corresponding operators.
The Chat in roaming option is available for subscribers of Ucom’s prepaid and postpaid services, as well as for Dolphin, Panther, Butterfly, Exclusive monthly subscriptions.
