uWelcome tariff plan can be purchased at the Ucom service center located at Zvartnots International Airport.
The tariff plan inclusions will be valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the inclusions will be automatically reactivated and the corresponding fee will be charged from your account.
You can check your inclusions by dialing *133# and choosing the “Inclusions”.
After 30 days, in case there are no sufficient funds on your account, the inclusions will not be reactivated and you will continue using Ucom services at standard rates according to your tariff plan. To reactivate the inclusions you need to recharge your account with an amount equal to the inclusions’ fee.
You can not use the included minutes to make video calls.
The reactivation of the inclusions will start 10 minutes prior to the end of the validity period. Before the reactivation starts you should have enough funds on your account to reactivate the inclusions.
The tariff plan inclusions cannot be used when in roaming.
'By purchasing a SIM card at the Ucom service center located at Zvartnots International Airport you will pay just 4500 AMD for the 1st activation of the Level Up 5000 bundle.
You can change your tariff plan to another one any time, by simply dialing the corresponding code of the preferred tariff plan, or dialing *450# or just calling 450 short number and following the instructions.
When migrating to a new tariff plan, the minutes, SMSes and MBs provided by the previous tariff plan will be annulled, and the inclusions corresponding to the new tariff plan will be provided. When choosing a new tariff plan, you should have enough funds on your account to activate the inclusions of the new tariff plan.
In order to use the mentioned applications and websites smoothly and fully, you need to have a positive balance on your account. When using those websites and applications, it is possible to exchange data with other internet resources, for which the charge will be made in accordance with your tariff plan.

The internet sharing and the use of the shared internet from other devices (Tethering) might be limited.
*In accordance with the principle of the fair usage, Ucom enables all subscribers to equally benefit from the quality mobile network services.
If during the 30 days of validity (in case of postpaid services: 1 month) you have exceeded the 200 GB threshold, the maximum available speed will be set at 512 kbps.
In case of prepaid tariff plan, that speed will be valid until the expiration of the validity period, and in case of postpaid tariff, until the 1st day of the upcoming month.
That speed is enough for you to take full advantage of social media, messengers, and a number of other services.
You will continue using the internet without being charged for the megabytes.
Within the frames of the Level Up 1900 regional and Level Up 2500 regional tariff plans you can use the included minutes for calls to all networks in Armenia only when you are in the regions of Armenia.
When calling from regions bordering Yerevan, you can be switched to Yerevan stations, and in those cases calls to local networks will be charged from the balance.
When calling from the regions, during the 30 days of the inclusions’ validity period, after consuming the included minutes, the following rates will apply: 0 AMD/min. to Ucom mobile numbers, 15 AMD/min. to other local networks and standard international rates for USA and Canada.
When calling from Yerevan, during the 30 days of the inclusions’ validity period, all-net minutes inclusion will not be available and 15 AMD/min rate for calls to all local networks (including Ucom) will apply.

Following these steps, your Ucom number will be activated and you will get through to the number you've been calling. After activating your number, you'll have 3 months of active period to enjoy all Ucom services. Unless you recharge your account during the mentioned period, you'll have 3 more months to receive calls and SMSes (inactive period).
When recharging your account, the relevant active period will be added to the current active period of your card, depending on the recharge amount. For example, if the active period of your card expires on May 15 and you recharge your account with 1000 AMD on May 1st, the active period for your card will be extended until June 15th (i.e., May 15 plus 31 days).

During the inactive period the amount on your account will be kept and added to the next recharged amount.
